Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who can sit right at the centre of our business, keeping the office running seamlessly while also driving our marketing and social media presence.
This role is a key part of our Wairarapa team. You’ll be at the front desk, the first point of contact for clients, support our sales and property management teams, and ensure the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly. Alongside this, a large part of your role will be planning, creating, and managing marketing content across our channels.
No two days are the same. One minute you’re handling contracts, listings or supporting the team, the next you’re creating social media content, coordinating campaigns, or making sure our brand shows up consistently and professionally in the market.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, use initiative, and juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Strong attention to detail, energy, and a proactive mindset are essential.
What you’ll be doing:- Frontline reception and client care
- Supporting sales and property management teams
- General office administration
- Coordination and collation of listings and contracts
- Creating and managing social media content
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, and brand presence
- Keeping systems, processes, and workflow running efficiently
- Strong administrative and technical skills
- Proven experience or confidence in marketing and social media
- A good eye for detail and presentation
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Initiative, organisation, and the ability to think ahead
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a high-performing team
