About the Role

As a Senior Environmental Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring environmental compliance and best practice across our projects. You’ll work closely with our project management team, clients, and authorities to support the delivery of high-quality civil infrastructure.

Key Attributes and Requirements
  • 5+ years post-graduate experience in a civil/environmental role
  • Relevant civil/environmental tertiary qualification
  • Practical on-site construction experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Sound knowledge of:
o NZ construction/environmental standards and specifications
o Regional authority processes (e.g., GWRC and HDC)
o Erosion and sediment control plan development
o Health & Safety at Work Act and quality management systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • NZ Resident or Citizen
