- Administration/Office Support
- Reception
- AP/AR/Payroll
Successful candidates will have:
- Executive Assistance experience
- Previous administration experience
- Strong computer skills and systems savvy (competency in MS Word / Excel / Typing and Data Entry will be assessed)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and follow processes
- Available to start ASAP with a positive and hardworking attitude
- Strong references from your two most recent managers / direct supervisors to support your application
