We provide structural and chassis repairs, panel and paint, fabrication, mechanical servicing, electrical work, and full fleet rebranding solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic with hydraulic experience to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with occasional overtime as required
You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing heavy diesel vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and commercial fleet vehicles, with a strong focus on hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair faults on heavy diesel vehicles
- Perform servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Carry out repairs on engines, gearboxes, clutches, and drivelines
- Maintain and repair braking, suspension, steering, and cooling systems
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems (hoses, pumps, rams, valves)
- Ensure all work meets New Zealand safety and compliance standards
- Complete job cards, service reports, and documentation accurately
- Work collaboratively with panel, paint, and fabrication teams
- Relevant qualification in Heavy Automotive Engineering or at least 3 years’ relevant industry experience
- Proven experience working on heavy diesel vehicles
- Hydraulic system experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- NZ Driver Licence (Class 4 or higher preferred)
