Class 2 Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Truck Driver to join our chilled and frozen distribution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe, timely deliveries while maintaining strict temperature control and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver chilled and frozen goods safely and on time
Ensure correct temperature control and complete temperature logsLoad and unload goods securely and accurately
Complete delivery documentation and obtain PODs
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
Provide professional customer service at delivery points
Follow all Health & Safety and MPI food safety requirements
Assist with stock handling and pallet management
Depot Responsibilities: Keep depot clean, organised and presentable
Monitor freezer/chiller temperatures at depotAssist with stock rotation and storage practices
Report any damages, hazards or compliance issues
Support general depot operations when required
Requirements: Valid NZ Class 2 Licence
Clean driving recordPhysically fit and reliable
Understanding of chilled/frozen transport preferred
Strong work ethic and team attitude
