Crane Driver/Rigger - Christchurch

Due to an ever increasing workload we are now looking for another Crane Driver who can also work as a Steel Rigger/Erector when/if required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in mobile crane operation from 3 - 100ton with proficient rigging skills
• NZQA Crane Operator Qualification
• BESS (Bridge Engineering Self Supervision) Accreditation (advantageous but not essential)
• A full, clean Class 4 or Class 5 New Zealand driver’s licence
• The ability to attend to work out of town when required (mainly South Island based)
• Able to work unsupervised as well as in a team environment
• Exceptional health and safety practices and lifting methodologies
• Pride in their crane through completion of regular maintenance, documentation and identifying issues to ensure prompt repair
• Current Site Safe certificate (advantageous but not essential)
• The willingness to undertake work outside of crane operations, including truck/hiab driving, rigging and dogman activities when the need requires
