Cafe Manager
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Café Manager to take the reins of a brand-new artisan bakery opening soon in Epsom. This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on something special from day one — helping shape the culture, systems, and customer experience of a beautiful new space.
About the role:You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the café, leading a small front-of-house team, working closely with the bakery team, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and memorable service. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a strong background in café or bakery management and a passion for great food, coffee, and community.
What we’re looking for:- Proven experience running a successful café or bakery (minimum 2+ years in a similar role)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of café operations, workflow, stock control, and food safety. Knowledge of sourdough breads and pastries is a plus.
- Barista experience and a high standard of coffee-making is also beneficial.
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
