We are currently seeking a reliable Hammer Hand to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role assisting carpenter on a range of residential and commercial construction projects. If you have at least 6 months of on-site experience and a solid understanding of basic building tasks, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full time, minimum 30 hours per week.

• Assisting carpenters with framing, formwork, and general builds
• Measuring, cutting, and fitting timber and other materials
• Installing floorboards, cladding, doors, windows, and fixtures
• Mixing and pouring concrete (when required)
• Operating power tools safely and efficiently
• Site clean-up, rubbish removal, and material organisation
• Loading and unloading supplies and deliveries
• Ensuring all work meets site standards and safety requirements

• 6 months of experience as a hammer hand or in a similar construction role
• Competent using hand and power tools (e.g., circular saw, nail gun, drill)
• Understanding of building methods and site safety practices
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and manual labour
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Willing to work in any weather conditions
