Finance Operations Administrator – BEL Group - Napier

The Finance Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Management Accountant and Financial Controller to deliver the financial operational functions of the organisation. This position is responsible for assisting with financial reporting, project support, and data collation.The role works closely with finance, procurement, and project teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations.
We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience in finance administration. Confidence with data reporting and modelling, and familiarity with Xero/Figured, would be an advantage. A practical, hands-on approach and affinity with the primary sector will be highly regarded.
