Are you a passionate and dedicated caregiver with a Level 3 or level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification? We are looking for a qualified Wellness Partner to join our supportive team at Ivy Home, providing hospital-level care to our residents.

As a Wellness Partner, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll play a key role in supporting residents with their daily living, enhancing their wellbeing, and upholding the values of dignity, compassion, and respect.

Hours are 7am to 12.30pm with the exceptions of Fridays that are 3.30pm to 8.30pm. Shifts are as follows:
Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun

Week 2: Wed, Thur, Fri
