About the Role
You'll take the lead in coordinating day-to-day clinical operations across CT and X-Ray, supporting a dedicated team of radiographers and ensuring patients receive safe, timely, and high-quality care.With practices located in across the North Island and beyond, this provider has built a strong reputation for combining cutting-edge imaging technology with the sub-specialty expertise of its Radiologists and over 300 dedicated staff.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead the daily operations of CT and general imaging services
- Provide team leadership, mentoring, and performance support
- Manage workflow and resource planning to ensure efficiency
- Champion best practice in clinical safety, compliance, and patient care
- Collaborate closely with Radiologists and other clinical teams
- Contribute to service improvements and staff development
- Ensure imaging equipment is well maintained and compliant
- NZ MRTB registration
- A recognised qualification in Medical Imaging
- Minimum 5 years' experience in CT and general radiography
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or senior role experience
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
- A passion for both people leadership and outstanding patient outcomes
