SENIOR MANAGER / DUTY MANAGER – FOUR SQUARE OKATO

We're on the lookout for a Senior Manager / Duty Manager to join the team at Four Square Okato – a locally owned store in the heart of a proud and supportive community.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-notch service
• Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing
• Managing stock levels, ordering, and product presentation
• Ensuring store standards, health & safety, and Food Safety compliance are met
• Jumping in wherever needed – from the checkout to the chillers!

You'll Need to Have:

• Proven retail or hospitality leadership experience
• A current LCQ and Duty Manager Certificate
• Strong people and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• High standards of personal and store presentation
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
