Iconic Cladding is a specialist roofing contracting company based in Motueka. We are looking for experienced and preferably qualified installers in profiled metal roofing and wall cladding to join our team either as an employee or as a contractor.
You will manage your own jobs and crew whilst still being hands on. The objective of the role involves site/project management, setup, training, mentoring and supervising your crew, liaising with project managers and key stakeholders through to hand over of project.
The hours for the role are typically between 7:30am to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday, with occasional variations due to project requirements.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
You will have a metal roofing background with at least 3 years roofing experience, as well as:
From time to time, you may be required to travel for work.

- Experience looking after a small team
- Commercial and residential roofing background
- Excellent health & safety awareness
- The ability to motivate teams
- Working at Heights and Site Safe certifications
- Your own hand tools and drills (ideally)
- A full driver’s license
- LBP qualified would be an advantage
