Part-Time | 5-Day Roster | Auckland

• About the Role

You’ll support the Stores Operations Manager with the smooth running of stock, inventory, dispatch, and store movements. Accuracy, professionalism, and safety are essential.

• Provide excellent service to internal and external store customers
• Carry out purchasing, receipting, dispatching, issuing, and stock control
• Complete stock cycle counts and update records accurately
• Manage stock ordering, storage, issuing and movement
• Oversee capital team stock, storage, issuing and admin
• Process orders in line with best practice systems
• Identify and support process improvements
• Load and unload deliveries
• Operate forklifts, including 8-tonne units
• Manage waste disposal correctly and on time
• Maintain high health & safety standards
• Share knowledge with team members

• Essential:
• Current forklift licence (must be able to operate an 8T forklift)
• Storeperson, warehousing, logistics or inventory experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office + JDE/SAP or similar)
• Training/knowledge in hazardous substances management
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional, team-focused attitude
• Preferable:
• Full NZ driver’s licence with Class 2 and 4 endorsements
• Experience in civil, utilities, construction or industrial stores environments

• Part-time availability across a 5-day roster
• Able to meet standby/on-call requirements
• Commitment to health and safety
