This will be an overview of your role:Develop, coach and mentor your team members to their full potential,Operational management of teams in a complex and demanding security environment,Understand operational risks and make sound decisions quickly, decisively, and confidently,Engage and build relationships with a diverse range of people,Collaborate with agencies including NZ Police, Department of Corrections, Te Oranga Tamariki,Ensure safe and professional Court operations,If external, you will be required to attend a three-week residential training course in Wellington within three months of your start date.

You may also be required to work a minimum 3-hour shift on Saturdays. Working in the Tauranga District & High Court would be your home base, however when operational needs necessitate, there is the requirement to also deploy to other local Courts. Travel costs are met by the Ministry. Utu ā-tau/SalaryThe appointing salary for this role will be between $74,634 and $95,591 based on skills and experience.
