The Role
As a Fleet Service Technician / Tyre Fitter in the Hawera region, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers fleet vehicles. Your responsibilities will include tyre maintenance, on-site and in-store servicing and fitting, as well as maintaining accurate records and job cards.If you enjoy physical work, being out in the field and working in a role where no two days are the same – this could be the job for you!
To be successful you must have:- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License
- An NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification, or a minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Tyre Fitter within a commercial setting
- The ability to work 45 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with availability to undertake on-call weekend work as required
- To be physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently to carry out work to a high standard
- Competitive remuneration of $27-33ph with regular performance and pay reviews
