If that sounds like a story you'd like to be a part of, join our vibrant NZ Post team.As a Service Delivery Coordinator, based in our Super Depot in Carmel Terrace, you're critical in engaging our workforce in the processing/delivery of our customer's mail and parcels in a timely and efficient way.
What you'll be doing: Daily interaction with delivery partners, additional/ relief drivers, customer service, operational and processing staff Monitor and improve compliance within the contracted courier fleetAssist with customer queriesBe involved with the team in decision making, outlining challenges and finding solutionsUndertake key administration tasksIf you have exceptional leadership capabilities and are looking for a step up in your career we would love to hear from you!
You'll provide support the Service Delivery Manager to motivate, lead and support the Delivery Partner fleetWorking a roster of Tuesday to Friday 6am- 3.30pm and Saturday 6am
- 10.30am To be successful, you'll need: Intermediate level computer skillsConfidence interacting with people from all backgrounds; via face to face, phone and emailExperience in fleet management or logistics is highly sort after but not essential Proven ability to work under-pressure, making solid decisions
- sometimes without direction or resources Ability to focus on all aspects of the task or project, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
