What You'll Be Doing:* Supporting the Bakery Manager in daily operations- Leading and motivating a team of bakers and assistants
- Ensuring top-quality products and excellent customer service
- Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Training new team members and supporting development
- Stepping up when the Bakery Manager is away
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- A genuine passion for baking and people
