Role:
Is for an experienced and motivated aluminium Joiner / Fabricator who can hit the ground running! You'll take pride in your trade and demonstrate commitment to quality and attention to detail on every job.
The team is currently 10 strong, with the option to work 45 hour weeks, and a supportive Workshop Manager who is always there to lend a hand and advice when needed. Precision and a commitment to excellence is paramount in this role as you work with high-quality Aluminium joinery doors & windows across residential, commercial and architectural projects.
From cutting and machining one day to assembling and glazing the next - the ideal candidate will be confident studying and interpreting drawings, working across a variety of machinery, fitting and assembling and heading to site to do installs when required.
You'll be given autonomy within this role, while being supported by more senior members of the team. This team champions a culture of excellence and rewards their team members accordingly. Everyone on this team is on a level playing field, with the same goal in mind.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous Aluminium Joinery / Fabrication Experience (ideally 2-3 years)
- Ability to Read & Understand Drawings of Window & Door Schedules
- Attention to Detail, ensuring Preparation, Install, Fixing & Sealing is to the Highest Standard
- Health & Safety Conscious
- Excellent Communication Skills
