The Opportunity!

Working within an established team of customer-driven professionals, you will be responsible for the prompt and professional service, fielding enquiries, providing solutions via phone and email-based support, and liaising across the wider business.

You will work amongst an established and supportive team with a great culture, based in a modern and open-plan office in central Lower Hutt.

Your role is varied and will see you
  • Be the first point of contact for inbound support enquiries (via phone and email)
  • Provide support to customers regarding enquiries, sales orders and basic product troubleshooting
  • Listen and understand customer questions or issues, and redirect them to the appropriate team in a timely and effective manner
  • Process product sale requests from end to end, liaising with your internal sales, warehouse and delivery teams
  • Provide relevant information to other internal teams to ensure customer deliveries are met on time
  • Ensure that all orders are accurately entered per customer requirements
  • Provide excellent issue resolution and follow up where required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

About you

Our ideal candidate will have some experience working within busy and fast paced customer service environments. You might offer existing call centre experience, or you stand out from the crowd within retail or hospitality settings that are fast paced and require a high standard of service.

Most importantly we are looking for maturity, and someone with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers, as well as maintain a cool head under busy and high pressure situations.

This is a full time, permanent position working from the office Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. No weekend work! A chance to work close to home in the Hutt Valley.
