Trade Assist are looking for approx. 10x painters for a variety of projects specifically in the Gisborne area and are offering competitive rates for the right people with experience.

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paints, stains, and finishes to different types of surfaces.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Proven experience as a painter (minimum 3 years experience).
• Solid knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Must have your own basic painting tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Valid Site Safe advantageous (but not essential).
• Have excellent knowledge of Health and Safety Practices.
