We’re looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our small, friendly team. This work-from-home position offers flexibility and the chance to stay connected to the education sector in a whole new way.- Role Details:
Part-time and flexible: Two mornings per week to handle shift bookings and fulfilment once trained, filling gaps in school as needed - paid my MOE. Business development from home and on the road.
Remote: Work from home with fortnightly in-person meetings held locally and visit days.
Core Duties:
Book and fill relief teaching shifts with precision and care.
Cold call schools and develop new business opportunities within the primary education sector.
Build and maintain relationships with schools and teaching staff.- About You:
Qualified and currently registered as a primary school teacher.
Confident and professional on the phone – you know how to make a great impression.
Not afraid of cold calling – you enjoy building connections and opening doors.
Organised, proactive, and motivated by results.
