Factory process and Packhouse workers needed
We are a labour contracting company seeking reliable and motivated factory and packhouse workers to support operations within a modern bottling and manufacturing plant. Roles are available across early morning starts, day shifts, and night shifts, depending on production requirements.

Successful applicants may be assigned to various areas within the factory and packhouse environment.
Duties may include:
General factory and packhouse duties
Bottling line and packaging work
Handling raw materials, packaging, and finished products
Manual handling and physical work (some roles are physically demanding)
Monitoring and maintaining product quality standards
Accurate record keeping and completion of production documentation
Following work instructions, procedures, and quality requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment- Skills & Attributes Required
High level of reliability – must be able to attend work every scheduled day
Punctual – must arrive on time and ready to work for all shifts
High attention to detail with strong quality control awareness
Good record keeping and documentation skills
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
Good english and communication skills
Comfortable working in a factory or packhouse environment
Previous factory, packhouse, bottling, or manufacturing experience
Forklift experience
