What's involved:This role involves conversing with residential and commercial customers, writing up quotes and working on the laptop and phone in and out of the office.
We're not particularly looking for experience in our industry but we're looking for somebody that will fit along side our customers and staff members, selling our great business and services around Hamilton.
We're looking for somebody with a sense of self discipline and willingness to grow in their skills.

Who are we:We are a young business consisting of 5 team members with an age range in our 20s to 30s and each with an average family size of 3. Our full team must have attention to service, safety and commitment. We are an exterior cleaning company that services residential and commercial customers in and around Hamilton.
Our team often work at height. Our work hours are within Mon-Friday (or Saturday) 7.30am to 4.30pm, hours may vary.
Key Responsibilities of this role: Attend on-site appointments to assess properties and provide accurate quotes.
Communicate professionally with potential clients, both in person and via phone/emailRecommend services based on property condition and customer needs (can be taught).
Maintain records of quotes, client details, and follow-ups
Work closely with the cleaning team to ensure accurate job planning
Assist with scheduling based on accepted quotes
Involvement in team meetings
Knowledge of what's involved with exterior cleaning (can be taught) eg. chemicals, cleaning techniques, building materials, health and safety.Willingness to get hands on when the tough gets going.
Requirements: Industry knowledge is great but not required
Computer and typing skillsInterpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
Current drivers license
All our staff must be vetted to work at schools and retirement villages
