About the Role Suitable for New GraduatesIn this role you will be responsible for the day to day provision of nursing care in the MED Speciality Ward supporting our commitment to the highest levels of clinical practice and quality, providing our patients with the best standards of care.
Nurses who thrive in our environment typically have strong critical thinking skills, an ability to remain calm and focused in high pressure situation, strong communication and interpersonal skills that align with our values around culture and equity.This role is central to patients receiving in patient medical care and supportive treatment and works closely with our other medical inpatient wards to ensure coordinated patient flow across the service.You will have opportunities to develop skills in the specialised area of general medicine and work towards senior clinical and leadership positions such as nurse specialists.
