Project Manager

We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerwith a strong background in infrastructure programs to lead and deliver large-scale technology refresh initiatives across software, hardware, networks, and data center platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly move between high-level planning and detailed execution, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in managing complex infrastructure transformations, driving outcomes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives, including software upgrades (OS, DB, etc.), hardware refreshes, and data center modernization projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineers, and other technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and communication plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder alignment by presenting project status, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Manage competing priorities with agility and ensure initiatives are properly scoped and prioritized for business impact.
- Ensure documentation, governance, and reporting standards are consistently maintained across all initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing large infrastructure projects or programs, ideally within enterprise-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software lifecycle management, including operating systems, databases, servers, and networking.
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple environments and data centers, managing interdependencies and risks.
- Excellent project planning, budgeting, and scheduling skills with a structured approach to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to executive-level leadership.
- Ability to analyze data, ask the right questions, and use insights to guide decision-making and prioritization.
- Experience using standard project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and tactical levels.
