About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our Hamilton team based in the Ruakura Superhub.
In this role you will be responsible for all administration tasks for the inbound and outbound activities in our 3PL Warehouse. Our customers are a key focus for us and we aim to provide a fantastic service to them, you will be a key part in making this happen.
This is a full-time role operating Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
Key tasks:- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure customer receipts, orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and within SLA requirements.
- Co-ordinate various administration tasks that are completed within the specified timeframes.
- Assist in the implementation of new customers.
- Maintain the accuracy and upload of WMS data.
- Handling the flow of all E-Certs.
