AMC is looking to meet demand by expanding our HVAC division in Wellington.This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and experienced HVAC Technician Supervisor to join a company that has varied and challenging work in the commercial and industrial sectors.
With experienced electricians to work along side you, your core responsibilities will be:- Carrying out HVAC contracts and heat pump installs including duct installation, pipework installation (welded, multi-layer compression systems, copper welded and compression systems
- Assisting on-job with E4M and electrical installation works
- Assisting with HVAC and heat pump training of staff
- Service and maintenance of AC and ventilation systems
- Assist the HVAC Manager with leading the team
- Support from existing HVAC senior staff and management

- Proven experience at leading a team
- Refrigerant handling certification or proof of ability
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial HVAC contracting
- Heat pump installation qualification or proof of ability
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Sound grammar and writing skills
- NZ Residency
- Full NZ driver’s Licence
