We are currently seeking experienced, motivated Operators to join our clients team for ongoing work across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. With a strong forward workload, you'll enjoy plenty of variety, exposure to multiple civil projects, and large hours.

About the Role:We're looking for hardworking, committed operators who take pride in their work and can slot seamlessly into a high-performing team. As an experienced all-round operator, you'll bring skills across:
- Bulk earthworks
- Site works
- Drainage
- Final trim (beneficial but not essential)
While your primary responsibility will be operating, there may be times where you'll be required to assist with labouring tasks to support the team and keep projects moving.
Ideal candidates will have:
- WTR endorsement (required)
- Class 2 or 4 licence (advantageous)
- The ability to read and interpret plans
- A strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, and able to commit to Monday-Friday with some Saturday work when required
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable transport to and from work
- A commitment to health, safety, and delivering quality workmanship
