TGA Flooring limited is looking for skilled and experienced tilers to join our growing team.

Location:

Tauranga / Bay of Plenty Region (must be willing to travel within the region)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying appropriate adhesives

Availability to work on weekends as required

Must have a clean police and drug record

Measure and cut tiles accurately to fit around obstacles and edges

Lay floor tiles with precision and attention to design patterns and alignment

Grout, seal, and finish tiled surfaces to the highest standard

Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition

Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project timelines

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building standards

Communicate clearly with clients or site managers as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in floor and/or wall tiling or a similar job

Proficiency in using tile cutters, wet saws, spacers, trowels, and other related tools

Strong understanding of different tile materials and adhesive systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings or layout plans

Willingness to travel within the Bay of Plenty region

Able to work independently or as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-standard finishes

Physically fit; able to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and lifting

Reliable, punctual, and adaptable with a strong work ethic

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour depending on skills and previous work experience
