Are you a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex digital and business transformation initiatives? We are looking for an experienced project professional to drive high-impact programmes across multiple domains such as Digital transformation, business process transformation, Software implementation, Infrastructure, and Digital product design and development.
About the role:
- Lead and deliver large-scale business and IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, from executives to delivery teams.
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeframes in complex environments.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business requirements.
- Negotiate, influence, and align outcomes to strategic objectives.
- Handle conflict resolution with a focus on business outcomes.
- Oversee vendor relationships with strong commercial acumen.
To be considered you must have:
- Proven experience managing large, complex programmes of work,
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Expertise in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects with confidence and clarity.
- Experience managing projects across a range of IT domains
- Excellent collaboration skills
