We are a small, close-knit team with a mix of apprentices & fully qualified electricians. We pride ourselves on fast, friendly, efficient electrical work within and surrounding the Canterbury region.
We currently seek a qualified and experienced electrician and/or a Senior apprentice electrician to join the team to add value while being rewarded with a working environment that celebrates hard work and excellent customer service to our clients.
Along with this we are after an Electrical estimator part time to quote upcoming work.
Qualifications & experience for qualified Electrician- Experience with residential new builds
- Clean, full driver's license
- Honest & reliable with great communication skills
- Minimum 3 years training/experience with residential builds
- Clean drivers license
- Honest & reliable with great communication skills
- Experience with electrical estimating
- Proven experience in electrical estimating, ideally in MEP or building services
- Solid understanding of electrical systems supporting mechanical equipment (e.g., HVAC controls, BMS, switchboards)
- Honest & reliable with great communication skills
- Residential & commercial electrical wiring
- New builds & servicing experience
- Be able to work unsupervised or work well within a team
- Great attitude
- Be able to work a 45-hour week with the occasional Saturday if necessary
- Availability to travel to surrounding areas if required
- Competitive hourly rate/Salary
- Overtime rates for weekend work if required
- Company vehicle, phone for the right applicant
- Regular social activities with the team
- Uniform provided
All applicants must be eligible to work in NZ with a clean, full NZ driver's license.
