• Position: Experienced Barista / All Runner
• Location: Grey Lynn, Auckland
• What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a barista in a café or coffee shop, with good knowledge and passion about coffee, excellent skills in espresso and steaming milk
• At least one year working experience in a busy environment, making over 150 cups a day.
• Friendly & easy-going personality – you love interacting with customers and making their day brighter!
• Open-minded & adaptable – you enjoy learning new techniques and working in a diverse team.
• Multi-tasking pro – you can handle coffee orders, cashier duties, and cleaning with ease.
• Efficient & detail-oriented – you take pride in crafting perfect drinks quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills – you listen well, explain menu items clearly, and resolve issues smoothly.
• Would be a bonus if you’ve previously participated in any competition

• Preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks and other beverages.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations.
