Experienced Front of House Team Member
Plough & Feather is looking for an experienced and capable Front of House team member to join us on a fixed-term basis, covering a period of parental leave through to mid-February 2027.
This role will work across both our restaurant and Garden Bar and would suit someone confident in a busy hospitality environment who enjoys providing warm, professional service and working as part of a strong team.
The position is expected to average approximately 35-40 hours per week on a rostered basis. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
We are looking for someone who:- Has solid front of house hospitality experience
- Is confident managing busy services and multiple service styles
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Works well within a team and can use initiative
- Is reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
About us
Located in the Kerikeri Basin, Plough & Feather is a busy riverside restaurant and Garden Bar known for relaxed dining, wood-fired pizza, local wines, craft beer, live music, and seasonal events.
This is a fixed-term position covering staff parental leave, with employment expected to conclude in mid-February 2027.
