Dry stock farm 2ic/assistant manager

We are looking for a 2IC/Assistant Manager on a DRY STOCK BEEF FARM based 15 minutes from Rangiora or 15 minutes from Oxford.
1300ha of flat to rolling terrain. Predominantly Bull and Angus Prime finishing operation. You will need to be confident driving machinery on rolling hills, have a great eye for stock management, good general farming skills like fencing & R&M etc.Take pride in your work and want to make a difference while growing your skills.
This position will be challenging and give responsibility managing stock whilst having the support from a great Farm Manager who will help you grow and become ready for the next step in your farming career. Possibilities in the future for advancement within the company for the right person.
You will need your own team of 3-4 working dogs under good command.
