Pro Graphix, formerly Stahls Graphix, is a long-running medium-sized garment decorating business based in West Auckland. It provides printed and embroidered products to a wide range of industry sectors. The company is well-established and has been consistent in the marketplace.
Qualifications & experience
We seek a motivated, punctual and proficient team player with an eye for detail and quality who can work accurately across numerous roles.You must enjoy being part of a busy team and be prepared to meet strict deadlines.
At least 4 years of experience is required for this role.
We can offer this full-time position at $26 an hour and 40 hours a week.
Tasks & responsibilities- Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machines (e.g., Happy, or similar)
- Read and interpret embroidery designs and instructions
- Hoop, trim, and prepare garments for embroidery
- Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot errors, and perform routine maintenance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Trim excess vilene backing if required
- Keep your work area clean and organised
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- You have to be reliable and willing to work overtime when required.
