This role works alongside and in partnership with the Charge Nurse role coordinating the delivery of high quality, safe, client and family/whānau focused care in accordance with nursing philosophy, professional standards, legislative and organisational standards, policy and procedure.About the Team/Service/ LocationHealthy Ageing and Rehabilitation (HAR) has 3 wards within this cluster that involves the diagnosis and holistic care of older people with complex health and social needs.

Care is usually provided by multidisciplinary teams including geriatricians, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and dietitians.
