The service encompasses ante natal and post-natal components and is delivered in community and hospital settings.About the roleThe Clinical Coordinator holds a crucial leadership position offering clinical support to the Maternal Mental Health Service.
You will work alongside the Team Manager and SMO to provide clinical leadership, co-ordination and day to day oversight of clinical service delivery. This will include acting as a clinical resource to the team by mentoring and facilitating evidence based practice.

This role is key to building appropriate and successful clinical systems/ practices within the Maternal Mental Health team. The Acute Liaison component provides an important function of support to key stakeholders as well as triaging new referrals.For a copy of the position description, please click here About YouWe are seeking a Clinical Coordinator with a sound understanding of adult mental health needs, who has an interest in the complexity of the perinatal period including the mother-baby relationship.

Good assessment skills and engagement skills are a key requirement. You will have excellent communication skills for consultation, network, and liaison and will work well under pressure.
