We have exciting part-time, permanent opportunity for a registered nurse looking to work in cancer care.
Dunedin Hospital is the Cancer Centre for southern, with satellite treatment areas across the southern district.
Work across a variety of areas in medical oncology, radiation oncology and haematology.
Administration of chemotherapy and all supportive treatments, monitoring patients receiving radiation therapy, and providing clinic support for patients.
Occasionally there may be times when you are needed to work within the acute ward 8CMonday to Sunday rostered shifts or as directed by the leadership team About usTe Whatu Ora

About youWe're looking for nurses who are experienced and organised, friendly and calm, able to work independently and at the same time genuinely interested in the best outcome for both patient and team.

Current registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council,Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other professionals.Excellent time management, interpersonal and organisational skillsThe ability to be adaptable, flexible and solution focused.Previous acute Oncology/Haematology experience is preferable, but not essential Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
