Duties include but are not limited to: managing staff rosters and leave, managing expenses claims, organising meetings, order supplies as required, facilitate all communication enquiries and provide administrative support where required. This role can be facilitated for either a Northshore or Waitakere base and would suit those wishing to work shorter days with flexible start times within normal business hours.This role is covered by the PSA National Health Administration Workers collective agreement and is mapped to band 5.Click here to view the position description.About UsHealth New Zealand Waitematā provides health services to approximately 650,000 residents of the North Shore, Waitakere, and Rodney areas.
