This includes
  • developing an understanding of Spanish cuisine including authentic tapas and paella
  • incorporating sustainable fresh seasonal produce from our garden into the menu
  • carrying out food preparation and service in a timely manner with consistency
  • hygiene and record keeping
  • working as a team member to plan the kitchen shift and to meet customer needs
The successful applicant will:
  • have a Certificate in Cookery - Level 4
  • have at least 2 years experience working in a busy a la carte kitchen
  • some experience preparing Mediterranean food is an advantage
  • be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays with flexibility to work as rostered to
meet customer needs
  • be able to provide at least 3 contactable referees
  • will demonstrate a mature and responsible can do attitude with positive friendly communication skills and ability to remain calm during very busy shifts
  • be able to attend an in person interview and start in late September/early October 2025
