Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within a large, fast-paced organisation based in central Wellington.
This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident operating at executive level. You’ll be a trusted partner, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day to day support for two General Managers.
About the role
Working as part of a collaborative executive support team, you’ll provide high-quality, end to end administrative assistance. The role requires discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to juggle competing deadlines while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities- Proactively manage complex diaries and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, briefings, travel, and events
- Prepare leaders with relevant information and materials
- Manage correspondence, follow-ups, and task tracking
- Arrange travel, accommodation, catering, and expenses
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting senior leaders (or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence working autonomously in a pressured environment
- Sound use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in NZ Government is desirable but not essential.
