Part-Time Cleaner – Job Share (Mon-Fri, 5:30pm onwards)

At KidsZone, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, beautiful, and spotlessly clean environment for our tamariki and staff. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and thorough cleaner to join our team in a well-structured job-share position.
About the Role:
You will be working 1.5 hours per evening, Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30 PM once the centre closes.You will need to be adaptable and consistent, to ensure the centre is maintained to the highest standard.
Cleaning will include shared duties of centre vacuuming, Deep cleaning of bathrooms, centre mopping and other related duties.
Because this is a shared responsibility, we need someone who takes genuine pride in their work and leaves their designated areas absolutely immaculate for the next day.
What we are looking for:
- Absolute Reliability: You show up when scheduled, manage your 1.5 hours efficiently, and take total ownership of your rostered duties.
- High Standards & Eye for Detail: Proven cleaning skills. You understand that a childcare centre requires a meticulous clean—not just a quick surface wipe.
- Maturity & Self-Motivation: You can work independently, follow a schedule accurately, and maintain high standards week after week.
- Good Communication: You are a team player who can coordinate smoothly with your job-share partner.
