Looking for a role that fits perfectly into your week? We’re on the hunt for a style-driven, customer-focused stylist to work Mondays in either our Riccarton or Hornby store.
As a Part-Time Stylist you are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience assisting with driving your personal sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will demonstrate and display the yd. values of Energy, Collaboration, Inspiration, Success, and Integrity in everything you do, always leading by example.
As a Stylist, you will:
PEOPLE- Assist in driving the brand's cultural values of energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity in every aspect of the role.
- Participate in effective communication with the team and management.
- Always represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
- Implement our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist in achieving strong sales performance in line with store goals
- Support the Store Manager to complete of product moves to support sales
- Execute daily store standards in line with VM standards guide
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the yd. products and features and benefits using the product guide
- Loves menswear and styling customers
- Brings great energy and confidence to the shop floor
- Enjoys working in different stores and meeting new teams
- Is reliable and available every Monday, with flexibility to support across both Christchurch locations
