Artisan Bakery Team Member

Eastbourne Bakery is on the lookout for a passionate and reliable team member to join us on a permanent basis, working 4–5 days per week.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be an important part of a small, dedicated team that takes pride in crafting quality baked goods and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Front of house service – welcoming and serving customers
• Preparing and serving coffee as a barista
• Sandwich making and food preparation
• Baking sweet items
• Assisting the baker with daily production
• Cleaning and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Upholding health and safety standards

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent people skills and strong communication
• Enjoys building relationships with regular customers
• Is passionate about craft baking and presenting beautiful food
• Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work
• Brings a positive attitude and genuinely loves working with people
