Senior Landscaper needed as we expand.
This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a team of landscapers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
Implement new operational systems and technology to enhance efficiency. Display strong leadership and mentorship to guide and support team members.
Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
Maintain hands-on involvement in day-to-day landscaping tasks.
Uphold honesty, reliability and integrity in all aspects of the role.
Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in landscaping with a strong background in managing and coordinating teams.
Exceptional leadership and time management skills. Hands-on experience with a variety of landscaping tasks.
Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a commitment to high standards.
Ability to implement and optimize operational systems to improve business processes.
