Mō te tūnga | About the roleYou will manage all operational delivery matters within your designated property portfolio.This portfolio may comprise a mix of properties from the Homes, Secure and Work environments and may change from time-to-time. You will drive operational uptime of all properties within their portfolio, through the effective management and oversight of reactive and proactive maintenance jobs and the delivery of projects works up to a value of $250K (excl GST).
All project work exceeding this figure is delivered by the Infrastructure Projects and Programmes team unless agreed otherwise. Additionally, you will be the Asset Owner for the assets within their region/assignment and responsibility. You will be responsible for all Infrastructure works that happen on these assets and is responsible for ensuring these assets are well maintained, legislatively complaint and fit for purpose Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringKey requirements of the role include: Property management experience within a large organisation Demonstrated project management skills.
Passionate about making a real change to the lives of Tamariki and Children. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas in engaging and easy to understand terms. Solid understanding of financial data and support recommendations with quantitative data.Experienced in managing multiple contracts, supplier, and service level agreements. Have outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships. Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
