We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Painter with proven experience in heavy machinery painting to join our team in Tokoroa. This hands-on role involves preparing, priming, and spray-painting large-scale equipment and machinery used in industrial and forestry environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, and masking
- Applying primers and industrial-grade coatings using spray equipment
- Operating safely in a workshop and yard environment
- Working to job specs, paint thickness standards, and tight deadlines
- Performing minor touch-ups and paint repairs as needed
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial or heavy machinery painting
- Competency with airless spray guns and conventional painting tools
- Solid understanding of surface prep and industrial coating systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift or EWP tickets a bonus (but not essential)
