Role:
We're on the lookout for sharp, skilled Class 4 or 5 truck drivers with at least 2 years experience in the civil or earthworks game here in NZ. If you know your way around a construction site and can handle the pace, you'll be jumping into the thick of it, navigating busy worksites, working in sync with diggers and crews, and keeping things moving smoothly with safe, efficient material runs.A good grasp of day

- like access routes, load handling, and a bit of ground prep
- will set you up nicely.
We're working on everything from big subdivision projects to drainage, roading, and full-scale civil works.

What we are looking for:
- Experienced Class 4 or 5 drivers (WTR endorsements a bonus)
- Confident operating Road Ranger gearboxes and reversing large vehicles safely around busy sites
- Strong understanding of health and safety practices on civil/earthworks sites
- Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented approach
- Reliable, self-motivated, and an all-round top-notch team player
