Please note these are fixed term casual roles from 3 November 2025 until 20 January 2026 to cover the busy holiday period.About the role
- Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
- Continually expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
- Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
- Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.
- Acts with customer in mind.
- Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and ready to learn.
- Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
